Alberta schools to go online, retail capacity reduced, restaurants back to take-out only: sources

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Sources have informed 660 NEWS about the restrictions that are expected to be announced by Alberta Premier Jason Kenney on Tuesday evening.

Albertans can expect to have some more schools in the province head online.

Retail capacity is expected to be reduced to 10 per cent, with services such as barbershops, nail salons, and hairdressers are also expected to shut down.

Restaurants are also said to be moving back to take-out only after patios were allowed to stay open during the last round of restrictions.

Premier Kenney will officially confirm all new restrictions at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening during his live address.
